ARP Accountants is a Las Vegas-based firm that works exclusively with contractors and trade businesses. We don't take on every client — we work with a small number of businesses where we can actually make a difference.
Our founder grew up in construction and spent 8 years in the Army Corps of Engineers before moving into accounting. That combination of field experience and financial expertise means we understand your world from the ground up — not just from a spreadsheet.
We also operate ARPs Adjusters, a licensed public adjusting firm representing policyholders exclusively — never the insurance company. Whether you're a homeowner, commercial property owner, or multifamily owner dealing with storm damage, fire, or water loss, we step in on your behalf to document the damage and fight for a fair settlement. We collaborate directly with restoration and reconstruction professionals to make sure nothing gets missed and every dollar of your claim is supported.
Your accountant knows construction.
Your adjuster does too.
Alberto
Founder · ARP Accountants
Alberto built ARP Accountants on a foundation that most accounting firms simply don't have — real construction experience. Growing up in the trade and spending 8 years in the Army Corps of Engineers gave him a ground-level understanding of how contractor businesses actually operate: the draws, the subs, the cash crunches, the jobs that look profitable until you run the numbers.
After the military, Alberto moved into accounting — earning his degree and building toward his CPA license — with one focus: contractors. He is associated with licensed general contractors and operates ARPs Adjusters, a licensed public adjusting firm representing policyholders across five states.
When you work with ARP Accountants, you're not getting handed off to a junior associate. You're talking directly to Alberto — someone who's read blueprints, pulled permits, run crews, filed claims, and closed books. That's the difference.
Job costing, draw schedules, sub payments, and payroll for full-scope construction operations.
Fast-moving cash, large material purchases, crew payroll — we keep the books clean while you close jobs.
Electrical, plumbing, HVAC — if you're managing crews and billing by job, we understand your workflow.
Framing, concrete, excavation — project-based businesses with variable costs and tight margins.
1099 compliance, quarterly taxes, and books that are ready when the GC asks for documentation.
Project-level accounting, cost tracking, and cash flow visibility across multiple active developments.
Most contractors deal with two separate headaches that nobody connects: keeping the books clean and fighting insurance claims when something goes wrong on a job. We cover both.
Through ARPs Adjusters, our licensed public adjusting firm, we represent homeowners, commercial property owners, and multifamily owners exclusively — never the insurance company. Whether it's storm damage, fire, or water loss, we step in on your behalf and handle the claim from start to finish.
We collaborate directly with restoration and reconstruction professionals to thoroughly document damages and build a claim that holds up. Because we come from construction, we know exactly what a legitimate scope of loss looks like — and how to make sure nothing gets left on the table.
